Finished Hoover in '65. Worked as machinists helper 65-67. Attended
Canton Area Tech School (Stark Tech) 65-67. Totaled '57 Chev convertible
with Bob & Dave Goldsmith one Friday Night - got hit square in rear end
by township trustee's son - I got charged w/Failure to yield right of
way. Bought 64 Chevelle SS Convertible. Attended Kent Stark 67-69. Co-Op
American Electric Power '67. Was going to get married '68 - she cancelled a 
week before the wedding - never saw her again. flunked out - mild nervous
breakdown '68. Discovered a malt beverage brewed by Anheiser Busch.
Drafted '68 - flunked physical (weighed 98). Bought motorcycle (Honda
350), wrecked 5 times. Bought 63 Corvette convertible w/removable Hard
Top. Dated Linda Parks from Hoover briefly. Her fiancé, Russell Carson, 
also a Hooverite was killed in Viet Nam). Bought motorcycle (Triumph Daytona).
Joined motorcycle club. Sold '64 and '63 and bought a 71 El Camino and a
camper - Vice President "Son's Of America" MC until Polish Woman's Hall
Massacre between Hell's Angels and Breed. Quit club. Dated Nurse at
Cleveland Clinic. Full time at AEP. Rented a house 2 blocks from work
with a guy from Sweden who had a work visa with AEP. Bought house at
auction 2 years later for 5400.  Had occasion to run into with three Hoover
alumni ladies, names best left anonymous. HUng out with Akron Ski Club
(BITOA - Booze Is The Only Answer - think it was started by Disk Jockey "Imus")
Dad invented golf club - economics poor - got ripped by Japanese firm.
Sold property in GnadenHutten and bought a house in Canton for $11k

Married in 76. Swede bought my half of house for $2700. Bought house in
Canton for 10,900 (sold in '84 for 27,000).. Son born '79. Quit Smoking
'83 - went from 135# 30" waist to 210# 40" waist in 6 months. Relocated
to Pickerington '84. Bought home for 66,000. Started smoking again in '85 -
dropped to 175# and 36" waist. Columbus area great - almost too much to do all
the time. Left knee surgery from old bike wreck. Mom died in '94. Quit smoking
again in '94 - don't ask (185/38). Enjoyed the 1995 30 year reunion - nobody 
knew me. Son attended Otterbein in 1999 then DJ'd on Radio u 
( http://www.radiou.com ) mornings 7a-10a (simulcast on internet w/ free 
RealAudio player) - became their "Imaging Director" in 2000. Broke ankle July
1999 - slipped in Mens room at work when timer shut off the lights. Dad died 
Dec 07th 1999. Promoted to "Software Developer I" in 1999.

2000 Millineum saw me returned to Career Center. Was told the group did not
need Developer support. Reassigned to data warehouse project. Trained in 
"Essbase". Project shelved. Then loaned to Energy Service Market&Traders to 
test "middleware" product. Skillset did NOT include SQL nor Oracle, as 
assignment required.

Merger with CSW: ReAssigned to Wholesale IT but loaned to another group where
I attended Powerbuilder training and had exposure to msAccess and msExcel.
Still no training in SQL or oracle as assignment required, but was able to
assist due to VisualBasic subsets within the msAccess and msExcel.

(Oct: Same IT Leader that returned me Feb, now advertised for developer with
EXACT qualifications and experience that matched my resume (8 mo later!!!!))

Jan 8th, 2001 was told department had "...budget cuts" and I was returned to
Career Center. Had until Jan 31 (17 work days) to meet new coach, 
create/update resumes, research job availabilities, appply for interviews, 
attend interviews, and still perform in current assignment.

Jan 24 - accepted reassignment as "IT Leader V" to be shift supervisor for 
Mainframe Operations working 7pm-7am on a 3-2-2 rotating day on/off basis.

Son Matt now "Imaging Director" at http://www.radiou.com in Westerville, Oh
where he now has an apartment.

June 28, 2002 - Leave marriage - both agreed to dissolution to save attorney
fees

Feb 17, 2004 - served with divorce papers - now the attorneys get the bux;
she changed the rules and broke all the agreements we had, locked all my 
accounts even though she agreed to and signed off them in 2002.

July 23, 2005 - Matt marries Rebecca Blum in Cincinnatti, Oh - they are 
living in Westerville Ohio

Aug 17, 2005 Divorce Final. No comment. I win regardless.

Aug 20, 2005 - party at Legion for Matt & becca to allow me to invite friend &
relatives that could not come to the wedding - nice turnout - everyone seemed
to have fun.

3. Open a kite and computer shop ocean front with attached apartment.
... Motto "If I can't help you, go fly a kite (on sale)".
4. Buy a Big Boat.
